The Twin Studio provided a clean environment, complete with a surprisingly well-equipped kitchen. While the tram stop was conveniently close, the overall location felt a bit disconnected from the main attractions. Unfortunately, the lack of thorough communication regarding check-in procedures led to significant inconvenience . Maintaining good customer service should be a priority, as my experience was tainted by a serious communication lapse that affected my arrival.

Clean and functional room with good amenities

I spent one night in a spacious double studio with everything I needed, like a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. The shower was strong and adjustable, and I had a comfortable night's sleep on the comfy bed. The location made it easy to reach the town and the Westfield shopping centre within a 15-minute walk. The parking situation could be a bit tricky at times.

The location was convenient for exploring, only one tram stop away from the center.

The bed was rather uncomfortable.

Very very small room, No English tv channels Only one hook in the bathroom for three towels The shower leaked all over the bathroom. One light was out in the bathroom No range hood/extractor fan in the kitchen, Poor lightimg in the kitchen The pots were dirty on arrival, The worst female receptionist we have encountered she was not at all helpful,she never smiled or looked up from her computer no matter how long you were waiting, I think she is in the wrong job.

Everything was really good, the wifi was excellant. The room was spotlessly clean with reasonably clean bathroom and coffee and soundproof windows. I slept in the comfortable bed. The location was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT - really close to the Tramway station, the historical part of town and the Tram Line which is an excellent service. The total experience was fine, I 100% recommend.

Studio with a sofa bed was ready when we arrived. A multi-channel TV, a dining area and a writing desk were important for us.

Clean, near Tramway, Casino and Post Office near-by. Spacious hallways/kitchen, spacious bathroom.

Walk to city center, must pass under the highway. Once the bed is open, there was no room to walk around.

The apartment I stayed in was spacious, perfect for our family of three. We loved the well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a microwave and fridge. The area's quiet ambiance allowed for a restful night's sleep after a busy day exploring.

The room and bed were comfortable there was secured parking.

The reception opening hours were inconvenient. The light in the room was too dim to read.

Room cleanliness left much to be desired!!! No air conditioning, quite uncomfortable during warmer days!!! Steep stairs could pose a challenge for families with small children!!! Lack of hot water during peak times was disappointing!!!

The water from shower was cold after 1 person taking a shower. U better put a real bed in the room and not a sleeping bench.

Kitchen facilities were fair, could could a small meal. Useful if on a budget.

Bed was a sofa bed, not the comfiest.
